During my pregnancy, I was overcome with anxiety when I was told that my coverage did not cover prenatal checkups. Thanks to the support of Ale, who took care of everything, I was able to face the situation calmly. Having good health insurance is essential; “Complications can arise at any time and having someone to support you makes all the difference.”

Having international insurance gave us the peace of mind of accessing the best doctors and hospitals at a critical time. The dedication and support of Alejandra’s team was essential, giving us not only guidance, but also the emotional support we needed. Thanks to them, we move forward with hope.

Let me tell you a story. Juan Carlos Villarroel is a much-loved policyholder for our entire team at ACHC. He purchased his policy in May 2023. Seven months later, his life changed completely: he was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome, a neurological condition that left him hospitalized for 14 months in Brazil. Those were extremely fragile moments, both for him and his family. Thank God, and thanks to the fact that at ACHC we work exclusively with solid, serious, and committed companies, Juan Carlos had the full coverage he needed. And most importantly: he wasn’t alone. We were there. As a promise, as a presence, as a companion. And together with an insurance company that honored its commitment down to the last detail, we were able to be part of his recovery. Today, we want to deeply thank Juan Carlos, his wife, and his family for allowing us to walk with them through this painful process. We also thank our partners for their impeccable work. At ACHC, our principle is not sales, nor commission. Our principle is service. We believe that no one should go through a dark time without a hand to hold them. We want to be that hand. The one that reaches out in the most difficult moment. The one that doesn’t let go. The one that pulls you out of the water when you can’t swim anymore. Juan Carlos reminded us why we do what we do. And why we will never stop doing it.
